Jody Friend is President and Owner of JLM HR Consulting, LLC. JLM HR Consulting provides customized Human Resources solutions in the areas of organizational development, compliance, benefit programs and administration, recruiting and retention, strategic planning, HR administrative outsourcing and development of employee handbooks and policies.
Jody has over 25 years of experience in HR. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Manager (SHRM) as well as the Montgomery County Chapter of SHRM.
She also serves on the board of WTPF – The Business Form for HR Professionals. She has a B.A. from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
