JLM offers training in workforce readiness (e.g., communication, writing, interpersonal skills), career development and training (e.g. leadership development, coaching, performance management), compliance (e.g. sexual harassment, ADA, diversity & inclusion), and technical office skills (e.g. Microsoft Office software, Adobe software, Content Management Systems.)
All technical classes can be offered at the beginning, intermediate, or advanced level. Beginning classes are recommended for users who have not used the application in the past. The class will introduce them to the basic functions of the application. Intermediate classes are suggested for users who have used the application and would like to learn more advanced functions. Advanced classes are suggested for users who are very familiar with the application and need to learn advanced functions to complete their understanding. These are typically employees who will need to use the application on a daily basis as a critical part of their duties.
Training classes can be on-site, off-site, one-on-one, or remote (via teleconference or webinar). Fees are based on location and number of students. We also offer refresher courses in which you can enroll one or more employees.
